I think supreme members should be able to have more than 2 reps per day, just going through and doing reps from previous deals and I can only do 2, I think I should be able to do more.

Maybe not a supreme feature, because having a higher rank really has nothing to do with how reliable your views are, how many deals you do, or how many people you know and should be able to give reputation to.
We require over 3 months of being on the forum for 2 reputation per day, perhaps we could double that again for those with 6 months of being on the forum, and again and so on and so forth up to, say, 12 or so reputation per day?
This way, members(rank or no rank) who have been here a long time and have gotten to know a lot of members or have a quick flow of business, will be able to express their opinions on those people, and new members can't just purchase supreme and start handing out rep after rep to either people they don't like from their alts, or simply without consideration because they're new to the forums and don't yet feel a part of the community.
I'm not too familiar with our reputation addon and how many permission groups we are able to set.
Though if your suggestion is an option, mine certainly will be as well.

I agree with that idea more so then just adding it as a rank perk but maybe it'd be ideal to have some other requirements set as well such as having either 'x' posts/'x' ratings or 'x' positive reputation yourself just so it isn't a case of leaving for a bit (have seen some people randomly come back after a good couple months) to be able to abuse the system worse.
Similar to what Justis said, an alternative would be limits increased by your current rep. As you gain rep, your ability to give rep increases too. For example, at 10 positive rep you can give 2 per day, at 20 you can give 3 per day, and so on. Just an idea.
