A handful of the community uses resources as a way to securely mass-trade and sell products. Currently, resource owners only have so much leverage if someone is abusing their resource for instance i.e mass-distribution of it to others. On Spigot, an open option for resouce owners is removing another person's 'license' and general right to download the resource if they know that someone else is abusing it in some way.
So what I am suggesting is a way for resource owners to credit and uncredit users to/from their resource. This allows for vouch copies to be done easier, encourages resources to be used more, which ultimately reduces scam due to moderators viewing it. Additionally, this allows for users to apply fair punishments on their own, allowing them to enforce their terms of service.
While on the topic of moderators reviewing resources, there seems to be a high lack in resource accepting & declining moderators. There have been a number of complaints recently from a rapidly growing number of members for their resource to be approved.
