More Resource Moderators

The resource approvals can take some time as there is only one resource moderator.

With resource approval there is no risk with downloading a resource. Each one is done manually and checked each time by Myiume which takes time. It's for user security that we check them for any trojans/stolen builds (I think)/rats, etc.

Maybe if you get more on the team with resource approval it will take a shorter period of time. I'd love to volunteer, I got time now as I'm not that much in school at the moment.

Same with other areas of the forum where sales threads need to be approved. Threads in most sections take days to be approved as there aren't many moderators on the job so people tend to just post their threads in the wrong section in an effort to get it sold faster.

This used to be a huge issue. When the previous administration team put the accounts section under moderation, they didn't assign any mods to it so nobody could actually approve threads. This has been fixed on the 1st of this month.

When did a report take over 24 hours? Please link me the post that you reported and I'll look into it.
I don't think we crossed 48 hours in the past few weeks.

MCM is one of THE FASTEST forums,
I posted my resource on Spigot, and it got approved 1 week later, and I asked them as to why it took ao long, they said thats the average time.
Yes I know they are a Huge Resource forum, but dont all they focus on is Resource?

haven't really reported much in the last 1-2 weeks so not sure lol, but before then it would take awhile.

24 hours is a long time anyways...

1. We're not a enterprise company (even those don't have 24 hour response times)
2. We don't have any services which require 24/7 support so we're not obliged to respond to your namecolor change within 24 hours. It's not like you'll die.
3. You're not a customer, we never promised any kind of support. We are doing this all voluntarily.

There are very little forums which have a support system like MC-Market. If you think 24 hours is long for a forum, then I don't even know anymore...

Spigot took 9 hours to approve my new resource I think they've hired another guy (if you read their "hiring new resource moderators" announcement).
