Hello MCM,

Well this is fairly simple. I think it takes quite some time for M6 to get around to all the scam reports and properly read and decide on them, so I am suggesting/asking that 1-2 more get added.

Adding more would mean quicker response times, quicker to get scammers off the site, and most importantly getting the scam reports resolved quicker.

Best Regards,
Flicks.

This wouldn't necessarily make them get resolved faster..

If a scam report is assigned to a specific staff member, then adding more won't do squat. There still won't be a response until that scam resolver gets online.
It'd be nice if we could have them share scam reports, but unfortunately, we're human, there are far too many scam reports being far too complex to keep track of and constantly have adequate communication on for that sort of intense collaboration to occur.
One scam resolver on a report is the best solution to that.

Personally, I don't feel we're getting too many scam reports for M6 to handle every day he gets on. From what I've seen, he's waiting on other people's replies as much as they're waiting on his; and he can go through all of those needing attention within a single session. Which is what matters.
However, my personal feelings matter less than what M6 thinks; since he's the one who has all of the current reports.
He's the best person to ask if you want to know whether or not the number of reports he's handling slows down his response times to where it would be a good investment to have another staff member handling scam reports as well.

I say no as alot of the time they are waiting for the either victim or the accused scammer to get online and respond

Having more than one scam resolver might end up with people saying "that scam resolver is tougher on scams involving x" "that scam resolver doesn't care as much when graphic designers are scammed" etc.

Sorry for the explanation. There's a word that should describe ^, maybe bias? Ims

As far as I know, Doge does (or used to?) scam reports as well. Even if it is just m6, every single time I see a scam report in the sidebar as a recent thread/recently upped thread, it's always him waiting for others to respond to the report rather than him just taking a long time to respond himself.
