More staff to check reports!

Is it me or recently it takes for admins a week or two to check the reports?
I don't know if I'm a low priority but recently, admins are very slow with resolving reports, I don't know if it's because they're busy or some staff retired, but they need to do something about it.

I reported a false rep 2 months ago and it was only resolved a week ago, I reported a thread that I didn't like because I wrote dumb stuff in it like 8 days ago and it was only deleted today.

Something here seems weird, maybe they get mass reports? maybe some staff are on a break? who knows, but the reports are very slow and can cause a lot of problems.

The solution is to just add a team of people paid/volunteers dedicated to check out the reports so we can have a happier community I guess xd

This has been suggested about 300 times already.
I do agree, although it has already been suggested and I believe denied in the past.

This has been denied many times for the simple fact "It's not that easy to recruit staff suitable for the community". It takes time to make sure they're the right person.

This has been suggested about 300 times already.
I do agree, although it has already been suggested and I believe denied in the past.
Alright, just couldn't find it when I searched, still, not asking for them to add admins since obviously that's very complicated, I'm asking to add a specific team of people that are dedicated to ONLY checking reports

A team that’s “dedicated” to checking reports are moderators honestly. If there was a staff role called “Report Modetators” they would still have similar permissions to moderators so they’d also likely start from chat moderator. They just wouldn’t do support requests and I don’t see how that would help.

Having a team of 4-8 people that will check reports for 1-1.5 hours a day will makes things much faster, that's my point

That's what our moderators currently are. I don't see a reason to introduce a specialised role specifically for the main tasks moderators handle.

The solution to this problem isn't to invent a new role, it's the addition of new staff to grow our team like you said on your OP. We have been doing this and have made drastic improvements to the staff processes over the past few months so this issue should for the most-part be fixed.
