title says everything,

ps; 4months has been past regarding my false neg rep and still no staff are resolving it since they are busy with scammers c; hence we need more staff.

It is hard to find good, loyal staff to manage a market. I do agree with you but managing mc-market and keeping it running smoothly with all scam reports, support requests being handled is a difficult job to do and it takes a lot of effort, especially for the people who do scam reports.

Agreed, it's been a month since I reported my false rep and sadly, it'll most likely be another few months before it's fixed...

I got my reputation issues solved in a matter of hours/days. Don't know what you guys on about. If the delay is too long, just make a support request if the case is for the most part closed.

I reported the neg rep, told various of staff about it and they said its in the queue and all I have to do is wait, and i've waited for months. You might have got yours resolved in matter of hours/days since your 'close' with majority of the staff which I find unfair.

Threads like these don't contribute to a solution. They've been posted several times and everyone is already well aware that more/better staff is needed.

Everyone knows this by now, so many posts are addressing this. Anyways on the April Fools post they said they have a big update planned so... maybe its a big staff revamp.

I would at least say more scam resolvers, there isn't enough of them. I've noticed reports can take up to a few days all the way to a few months to get responded to.

This has been suggested a number of times, and since this was a problem it has since been improved with a massively expanded staff team, with plans for more growth in the future.

Since this is a duplicate suggestion, denied, thanks for the suggestion.
