As far as I know yes, however theoretically if someone were to change their name 2/4/2015 and change their name every 30 days until today, it would have more, there's millions of minecraft accounts out there, there has to be one..

Yup, I've seen someone that had more name changes than my Raichu/Under account but I don't remember their name.
