Well in both of my cases where they found out I was too young they gave me a withdrawal limit of £600 and the rest stays there until I'm 18.If you're under 18 and your account gets limited your basically screwed because you need to show proof of your identity and if you don't then it gets limited permanent, if you're verified then you wont get any problems.
I remember they did actually lock / limit my account, but it was different back then. I couldn't receive money, but I could still send it so I made a new account and sent it to that one. Still using that account to this day.What? How? If you have €1500+ leaving or entering your account in total in a year paypal demands photo ID, proof of address etc. - if you were 12 they would have locked and limited your account. Parents account?
