Personally I have no idea what form of measurement you are using in order to calculate "reputation". I personally think things like these are usually a popularity contest. I personally think 4/10 of the people on this list aren't exactly reputable judging from their profiles. They're just extremely popular.

Staff members can't be on the list according to 21217. I have the same opinion about asa as the rest of the people on the list. They're mostly all just people who maybe have vouches here and there but for the most part wouldn't have been on the list had it not been for their popularity.
