MOTD Checker

Hi Everyone,

I need a plugin that does the following:

• Check MOTD of all servers in configuration every 5 seconds.
• If MOTD = "Waiting" then announce "Game has ended. Join now"

Sample Configuration:

announce_ping_in_console: false
ping_motd_interval: 5
servers:
  "1":
    motd: "waiting"
    ip: 127.0.0.1:25565
    message: "&cServer one is now in lobby."
  "2":
    motd: "waiting"
    ip: 127.0.0.1:25566
    message: "&cServer two is now in lobby."
