Mouse Lagging Issues

So when i start playing Minecraft and then when i'm moving my mouse its lagging as fuck.
I don't even know why but my fps is good and the problem is the mouse is lagging like a "delay" or something like that i don't even know why.

go to ur fps setting and turn the vsync thing off

doesn't matter on mouse though, when i play diffirent games like fortnite its not lagging but minecraft it dids.
