Lots of business falls under this, we should more it higher up in forums list instead of way down

Moving it "up" even just once would put it above "Minecraft Services".
The sections would then be "Minecraft Market", "Misc Services", "Minecraft Services" which counterintuitively places it between the "Minecraft" sections.

Moving it any further up would put it above both "Minecraft" sections which would be even worse. It's "MC-Market", not "Misc-Market".
