I have been having serious ping issues on my server, before it used
to lag everyone on the server for a good 15 seconds every 10 minutes
not whenever someone moves faster than the speed of 1 or sprints for more
than 10 seconds, their ping starts increased by 100 every time.
I have a dedicated server running a cannoning spigot.
Factions has 16gb ram allocated and has NO TPS Fluctuation at ALL
There is absolutely no TPS lag. This is happening to everyone and I've tried
my very best to fix it =/
Every single plugin is NOT leaked, every single one has been paid for.
