Move Service Team Recruitment to Another Forum

Would it be possible to move service team recruitment threads, such as this, to a separate forum? Surely threads like that would fit better into a "Team Recruitment" forum than the service forums themselves?

Doubt it would make a difference without a rule tbh. "Recruitment and Staff" is made for stuff like that, they just don't use it or if they do they post it in more to get noticed more.

Maybe a new rule would be enough to stop them.

I don't see a reason with teams requesting developers to post threads in that forum to request developers, since that's already what the forum is for. I don't think that adding a new forum or amending the Recruitment & Staff forum would do anything but cause more confusion about where to post.
