Meet the Team:
Founder - StrafinMC: StrafinMC also known as Josh is an amazing builder. He started building 3 years ago! Josh enjoys building as well as coding websites and Minecraft plugins. Over the years he's improved and made tons of amazing spawns.
Manager/Level Two Builder - ShadedMC: Hi, I'm ShadedMC but you can call me Chris. I'm quite new to building but Josh is teaching me much more. I enjoy it along with playing Factions and cannoning. I'm the current Manager and a level two builder on the team. Me and Josh have been friends for quite awhile and we decided to put together a build team because of how much we enjoy building!

As we currently only have two builders we still have a ranking system for all of our new members to come.
Builder: We currently have three levels of builder, *, **, and *** meaning one, two and three. As the member shows us more and more of what he/she can do and improves their trust and reliability we will promote them over time. Builders are the main structure and one of the highest ranks in the build team as they specialize in everything.
Architect: The Architect of the team is essential for all of our builds. They give us the base and shape of all our builds and a nice theme and layout. They tend to have very creative minds. They give our builders ideas of what to do and how to build it, and the rest of the team puts that idea into the game.
Pallet: The Pallet rank of the team has a simple job. They give us a nice color scheme and we go along with it.

Sadly our website is still being coded and we do not have a professional portfolio yet. The best we can do for right now is Gyazos. I do have gyazos of some of the builds as they're being built for proof of owner-ship although they're out dated. I can do my best to show you them all though they will be small and blurry for most.

We will build up to half of the spawn then you will send 50% of the agreed amount. If you do not send the money after the 50% is complete the deal is off.
Refunds & Chargebacks:
There will be no chargebacks, failure to comply will result in a scam report being issued.
As for refunds we do not offer them after you have been sent the build. If we've built 50%, you paid 50% of the money and you end up not being satisfied we will issue a refund no questions asked.
Vouch Copies:
If you're interested in hiring us but aren't sure we'll gladly welcome you to our private server where we will build a tower or house of some sort (Anything semi-small) that you'd like in the style you'd like in return we'd like a vouch. Thank you!

More Information:
If you do not trust us with world edit and gamemode permissions on your server we're glad to build it on ours. Our team has invested money into buying a private dedicated server with all the features we need to build on it. If your server is laggy with large world-edits that's fine as well. We can build on your personal server but we recommend you let us do it on ours and we will send the world over. (You can come on and watch us build and critique)
EDIT: Someone thought one of the spawns was downloaded from PMC because it's super similar.
