I've never done any work with them, but I'm just gonna say this, Cammy seems like a cool dude, and I think this right here is perfect and extremely cheap right now.

Buying videos from youtubers with 1-3k subscribers grows your playerbase, I've owned servers before in the past and with only 5-6 youtubers with a couple thousand subscribers grew the playerbase to 30-40, hitting 60 on some days so I think this is the best option.
