Staff Management
Staff management is something I love doing, interviewing and finding the right people for the right job is what I love to do. I always make sure everyone is on task and making sure they are doing the right thing and really putting in 100% effort.
Management
Being a manager in general is what I love to do, being under pressure to get things done, having a huge list of work is really what makes me work well. I love being different with what I do and walking into things with an open mind. What makes me different to a lot of managers is I do it for the work and not they pay.
Experience
In the 9 years I have played Minecraft I have had experience in many servers big and small, the ones below are my more major achievements, I have left out some smaller servers. I also have experience in other types of servers with massive communities (over 8,000!) where I hosted events every week.
EnchantsMC - Helper
This was my first position as a staff member on any server. At the time EnchantsMC was quite a big server, it was a CosmicPvP test until the ownership was handed over. That was when my time there ended.
StellarPvP – Admin
After EnchantsMC had a change in ownership I decided to follow the original owner to his new server, Stellar, where I would eventually become an Admin. This was a good experience for me as I was taking up some more responsibilities and building upon myself.
Triblive – Management
I eventually left the Minecraft scene with the release of Fortnite and helped found one of the biggest communities in OCE, TribeLive. With over 8,000 members in our server we were hosting weekly events for cash prizes ranging from $50 to $500. This was probably my best experience and gave me the opportunity to see what it is like to run a community with a large player base. At the time I also pursued my goal of making Discord bots. Sadly TribeLive shutdown about a month ago due to a user nuking the server.
ElegantESC – General Director
Elegant is an Australian based organisation with top CS:GO and LoL teams, we also have Fortnite and R6 rosters who competing well. This team was founded back in December 2018. I joined early this year in a pursuit to find Elegant a suitable Dota 2 team which is still in the works. Currently I call Elegant home but I am looking to find some more work!
