I have worked with Mr_Flame 13 on two different servers, while one of them he was a Sr. Admin. His roles there included many different duties that a manager does. He has helped plan new gamemodes, hire staff, accepting/denying applications, and has dealt with many other things. Each job couldnt have been better. Huge vouch.
