Depends on what Dedicated Server you would want to use. OVH, typically isn't bad at all. If your going for like a E5-1650v2, that would be $169 / month, and hosting the Website off that would be ideal, and a web design, all that stuff is a rough estimate (just a estimate) of 200+.
