Multicraft ERROR 500 Troubleshoot

So I recently change my password to my MYSQL database and changed it in both the panel config and daemon config but when I restart my server, it still gives me the error of cant connect to panel. Anyone have any suggestions?

On some of the products, ‘Programmed by [Programmer] /all rights reserved to Gweechin’ may be located at the bottom of the product. ‘Programmed by [Programmer] /all rights reserved to Gweechin’ is not allowed to be removed/hidden. “Gweechin” will take serious steps on an action like this.
Once the work has been done, the client must pay at that day.
The client receives the finished program or config. file only.

Client receives a free product from ‘Gweechin’ and in order for that, client gives ‘Gweechin’ a vouch and reputation.

By taking a vouch and reputation copy from “Gweechin” you automatically agree to the following terms:

Client is not allowed to re-sell anything received from “Gweechin”.
On every vouch and reputation copy, ‘Programmed by [Programmer] /all rights reserved to Gweechin’ will be located at the bottom of the product. ‘Programmed by [Programmer] /all rights reserved to Gweechin’ is not allowed to be removed / hidden. “Gweechin” may take serious steps on an actions like this.
Vouch and Reputation must be given on the moment client receives the product.
If client has received his product and is not eligible for giving a vouch and reputation for whatsoever reasons, client must pay for the product. Products’ prices are located on “Gweechin” service thread. If client won’t pay, a scam report will be made on “http://www.mc-market.org/”.

Turn on PHP debugging. It's most likely a PHP error and enabling this flag will generally tell you whereabouts the problem is and what caused it.
