If you're going to start a host / service and don't want to take the time to Google on how to do basic things like installing these software, you're going to have a hard time when you get someone to do something for you and they put a backdoor in it.

I can assist you with completing this, however prices vary on what you need done such as a MySQL installation. Btw there are plenty of tutorials on the WHMCS YouTube channel.
