Multicraft isn't working (With MCProHosting & CentOS)

Hello all,

I'm trying to help a friend out but, something isn't working.
Here is the issue. Before, it was working. Got multicraft setup as well mariadb, mysql, phpmyadmin.

But, he forgot to pay on time. Now I can't access the multicraft domain panel nor can't access the phpmyadmin.

I tried these attempts;

systemctl start httpd.service
systemctl enable httpd.service

systemctl start mariadb
systemctl enable mariadb

systemctl start httpd.service
systemctl restart httpd.service

#/home/root/multicraft/bin/multicraft start

that tutorial is outdated, you need PHP 7
