Multicraft/Server Help

Ok, so i recently got a dedicated server from ovh and i setup everything using this tutorial: https://forums.mcprohosting.com/thr...craft-on-dedictated-servers.16746/#post-85236
i created a server in multicraft and it starts fine but i cant actually connect to it. I add the server ip to my server list and it just says Cant Connect To Server. Im not sure if i set something up wrong or what. There are no errors in the multicraft server console. Someone please help, Thanks

Im no pro with dedi servers but is it dedicated ip as well? If not you have to include port too

He has a dedi, it comes with a dedicated IP, no need unless you're hosting multiple server for more than 1 dedicated IP.

My services are normally free depending on how big the error or how long it will take to fix.

Would have to have a look at it to try and find the problem.

Could be any number of things, few of them previously been said. Could also be a incorrectly setup firewall. Blocking incoming connections on those ports. Hard to tell giving the provided information.
