Multiple Portal Lobby or HUB [240x190][Cheap $15]

Hello everyone,

For my second project here on MCM, I decided to make a Lobby/ HUB.
This lobby has 4 portals, custom trees and landscaping, detailed paths with lampposts.
Some pictures:

Since this is my second project, I decided to keep my price low, you can have this one for $15, Ive worked several hours on it. We could eventually possibly come to a cheaper deal after discussing and I am willing to do some tweakings if needed.

It's pretty large and everything, but it's empty where the leaves/grass are. I'd add some houses or towers, or even parkour to may it look full. The pathways are pretty plain too. But I love the portal designs and walls.
