Multiple staff slots available for Novus

Hey, fellow crafters!

Novus is currently looking for some additional staff to help balance the workload of what we are trying to accomplish. We are currently in the setup stage on Novus which will be a full minigame network. We already have some agreements setup that gives us access to some exclusive minigames on other networks. We also have our own developer who will be working continuously on new ideas and creating additional content and features for our plugins.

We believe that a good minigame doesn't end at the plugin config we are starting to work with artists and voice actors to help build a truly unique gaming experience.

Firstly ide like to make a few things clear, This will not mean anyone gets instant access to
- FTP
- Multicraft
- Op

We believe people's work should speak for itself, This means if the quality and maturity are there then we will start to gain more trust in your abilities and therefore you will start to earn more abilities on the network. We will offer payment in the form of commission when we go public. This can be discussed in more detail in a private environment.

Unfortunately, with the amount being invested in Novus we have strict guidelines that we will not be changing or stretch to find applicants.

Our main guidelines are:
- Age: 16+ (We would prefer 18+)
- Location: UK based (We can consider applicants from other European countries but timezone will be a factor)
- The use of both Skype & Discord
- Past experience (That can be verified)

Ok so now that the boring stuff is out of the way the positions available are as follows:
- Experienced in-house builder (We currently use build teams)
- Experienced plugin config team (due to the scale of what we are trying to do experience is a must)
