Idk, i talked with my parents and we agreed to get the spotify premium family plan but idk how old you are. Just go with soundcloud or youtube i guess

you could actually use https://ytmp3.cc and convert youtube->mp3 and then mail yourself the file. you can download it onto your phone in the music app or voice memos. (voice memos plays offline and even when your phone is off) I last did this years ago, so i'm not sure whether it still works but give it a go.
