Music Playing Program

How much would something like this cost?

A nice, small little program where I can import .mp3 files, and have it into a list like what a playlist on a device would look like.
And, it saves the songs that you import so you don't have to do it each time.

You can play any song, and it would cycle through, go to the next song, etc, and just keep on looping through the track.

Needing this just because.

To be honest Mango I'm pretty sure people would use Sound cloud but for offline use I would say $1. Maybe implement a free trial or limited access to where you only can play 5 songs at a time with the minimum of 3 minutes per song. Have something like that.
