Hello, I'm Musixiem. I am currently on the search to join a server, preferably with a sturdy playerbase, to demonstrate my abilities as either a Manager or a Moderator. As my way of a general application, I will be making a make-shift application. I am fine working with PvP servers, Minigame servers, and many other types of servers.
Name: Evan C.
Age: 17
Timezone: Eastern Standard Time
Location: East Coast, NA
IGN: Musixiem
Alts: N/A
Do you have a working microphone?: Yes.
Do you have...
Skype: Yes. (aviasusmc)
Discord: Yes. (Musixiem#5447)
Teamspeak: Yes.
How much time do you have to contribute?: How much time I have depends on what days I have work. I am comfortable staying up until around 2:00am(EST) so I am able to dedicate time to the server I am assigned to. The things I do in my free time include a bit of graphic design, and radio DJing, which is a task I can do while on the server.
Have you ever been banned or punished on any server?: I have only been punished once, on a Towny server known as Mineraze. I was temporarily muted for debating with a staff member on a very questionable action.
Why do you want to be a staff member on a server?: I would rather be a staff member than a player because I can do more to benefit the server. From something as simple as responding to a report ticket, to working with the staff team to come up with a complicated plan for a new and unique idea, I am capable of taking that extra leap for the server.
As an added bonus, I am capable of creating vector graphics and animations for the server. As a practice for my vocation, I am willing to do work for the server with graphics and animations alongside my managing and moderation.
Let me show you some qualities that really stand out from the rest;
- Maturity
- Understanding
- Professionalism
These are important traits, because they determine how well you can handle a multitude of situations, whether that be dealing with an argument, getting into contact with currency issues (chargebacks and scams), or even just conveying information to the public.
Tell us about a time you made a mistake within the last year? How did you deal with it?: There was a time where I was in charge of a group of students in my graphics design course. We were a team, and we were given a school job (a graphic job that was passed through the school to us). I made the mistake of letting my team be a little loose, since we seemed to be on top of the game. Eventually, I noticed that my team stopped working on the project completely, and my teacher was walking over with detention passes. It was there I had to explain to the teacher my meaning, and after a five minute conversation, about how we had some extra time to pass, she checked our progress and moved on. I learned that even though we may be ahead, it's not a valid excuse to just stop there, even for just a moment. You should continue to keep pushing forward.
If you have any, what activities are you involved in outside of Minecraft?: Outside of Minecraft, I am part of my high school marching band, and I also work a part time job at McDonald's. I am the section leader for the percussion, and allows me to demonstrate leadership and responsibility.
Do you have any previous server moderation or leadership experience?: I've included a spoiler of past server experience. As for legitimate leadership experience, I participate in team events in my vocational school for graphic design. We form teams to finish school jobs that are assigned by our teacher and principle based on skill and strategy. Quite commonly, I am the head of the team, and as such, I am required to demonstrate proper time management, team management, and proper quality control. It is a task that requires patience, initiative, and some charisma to keep your team together and pushing forward.

UpBeat Radio (Head-DJ) - UpBeat Radio is an internet radio station aimed towards teens, featuring popular music, with live performances by over 40 different staff. As a Head-DJ, I am in charge of monitoring who is on air, correcting wrong song titles, and handling situations regarding our own staff. (https://upbeatradio.net/v1/UpBeat.Profile?user=1837)
FluffyRealms (Network Co-CEO) - FluffyRealms was a balanced network that catered to player suggestions. As they wanted change, we brought change. Due to some issues with our CEO, he shut the network down, leaving the rest of us in the dark.
Blaze Hosting Company (Graphics Designer/Support Agent/ Co-CEO) - BlazeHosting was a small hosting company trying to get off the ground. We, unlike most companies, were primarily focused on the wellbeing of the clients' servers. I contributed my skills in graphics design to create some experimental logos, tags, and assets. I also answered both client and user questions from a live chat system. This hosting company just went down recently, due to a corruption.
EdolasMC (Self-Owned) - *Demolished due to corruption* This was an older idea for a "clan" for Minecraft. Unfortunately, being power-hungry at the time meant that I hired the wrong people.
BloodLust Legends (Self-Owned) - The host we were using got hacked and corrupted our worlds, so we gave up on the project a month and a half in.
DemolitionMC (Moderator) - Hosted by a kid named Dwrgy01 (As close as I remember), this was supposed to be a large survival games map. I was Moderator at the time, in charge of handling hackers. Server went dead a month later, never heard from the kid again.
LastCallPvP (Head Admin) - LastCallPvP was supposed to bring a change to PvP in Minecraft, including guns, grenades, shields, and more. Due to the upper-staff's corruption, a.k.a the Developer and the Owner, they fought with each other enough to bring the entire server down. (Their website is now just a domain site: lastcallpvp.org)
TastyCakesMC (Moderator) - TastyCakesMC, run by TastyCake133, was a Factions server that really had nothing too special to it, yet somehow it succeeded in somewhere around 60-70$ in donations to keep it up for another 3 months. But for some reason, I was permanently banned for "building the spawn wrong", although the spawn; 1.) wasn't build by me. 2.) was a copied schematic. I was in charge of making sure certain plugins didn't backfire, which included some custom plugins here and there. (The kid was pretty spoiled)
WorldCraft (Moderator/Builder) - WorldCraft is actually a server that has been in development since June. It's a server styled like Wynncraft, but on a MUCH larger scale. The plan for it is eventually going to expand into a "union-factions" server later on in the success of WCRPG. I left this team because I was treated VERY unfairly by one of the owners for my "pathetic building skills."
