Must have done transaction/deal to leave reputation for others

The reputation system is currently being abused by so many people both to boost their positive score and to trash other's reputation. The problem lies with the fact that anyone can leave reputation for anybody regardless of having done a transaction or not.

The system needs to be more like eBay where only those who you have done a transaction with can leave feedback and vice versa.

Anyway, pretty sure a decision has already been made to make reputation reflect the public opinion of you. I do not really agree with this, but as long as the "Must be constructive" rule is enforced strictly, it should not be a major problem.

It also takes the staff forever to respond to our reports to get rid of negative reputation by the people who abuse it.

The entire reputation system is just a joke. That's why I hardly use it. And when I don't use it, some retard gives me negative reputation because of salt or stating my opinions on different topics.
