My accounts have been stolen

So, I've had 2 minecon accounts and like 3 ogs for around 3-4 months now. I log on today to see that i can no longer log in. So i reset my password, and i do not get a email. So i waited a few hours. I tried to log in again, and i still can't do anything at all. Almost as if my accounts got locked.... Can anyone please help me? Im willing to pay 1-2 USD dollars

Your accounts may have been locked by mojang. there's a bunch of threads in this part of the forum talking about it.

If you were attempting to log into a lot of alts or accounts, Mojang will prevent your IP from logging in to any of their services for a few hours. This happened to me, and your situation sounds very similar.
