Hey MCM! I'm currently looking for a server to administrate on / become a staff member on, I've been looking for a while but haven't found a suitable server yet however if you feel you need some extra power in your administrative department or are low on staff just message me on discord (Rola#0001) I'm willing to help almost anyone however if it has no PB will only be temporary as I am looking for a server where I can stay as staff for awhile
(Note: I will only be administrating, I will only make exceptions with moderating if the server has a small PB of 20+)

Seems like you have more experience as a moderator over an administrator. Maybe apply for a Mod position?

As far as finding a server with a player base, I feel like you better off joining a server that is already running, getting to know everyone getting some hours and dedication, then applying for staff.

Not really, the way discrim ids work is that it's per name. So theoretically there could be millions of #0001 just with different usernames.
