I used that domain evaluator for most of my domains, I had in the past and the prices came quite close to what I sold them at.

That's actually a pretty nice domain, could have a lot of uses. Doubt it would go for 45k though, try getting appraisals from flippa or namepros
Also, those automatic estimators are garbage, get appraisals from real people.

True, True, I am not saying that the domain is worth 45k, but an evaluator told me that it is. It says that IV AND DB and 4 letter domain contribute to the appraisal. And its pr1 authority.
