my domain was resold?

so I own a certain domain not going to say but I didn't have it setup for a while BUT I still own it till next year and when I connect with the domain it connects to some random server with no plugins. can I use the same domain somehow? or do I have to get a new one?

- With that, it usually costs an extra $9 but you need to purchase a dedicated ip. Ask a staff member or create a ticket in your panel and request to purchase one then hook it up and it should work then. I had that exact issue with a shared hosting one time.
