Im going to be honest, it will be extremely hard for you to make any type of money with a broad-niche clothing store. I recommend switching to a specific niche and branding heavily around that, regardless if you wanna keep forward:

Suggestions:
* Site looks basic with only two colors (Ik shopify is a bitch to deal with)
* Lack of category selection (everything is in 1 product listing)
* Product descriptions are extremely basic
* loading time takes pretty long (this is not a me issue, something in your site is causing loading times to slow)
* "Awesome cart will expire thing" makes the whole thing look scammy, unless done well timers dont work well in 2019.

many more suggestions but these are some of the key issues
as for advertising there is a huge amount of things you can do but focus on a blog(seo), and ads.
