My Entrance Back | Partner for a Prison Server!

Hello,
My name is Gavin, and I have been suspended for a while, which does suck, but it has given me 1 full month to think things through.
I will be starting a Prison Server, and I want a partner.

Firstly, before I start, like every other server recruitment page, they state WE WILL BE HUGE!
Ground shaking to the community of Minecraft, I in fact have done this too.
BUT no, I will not be looking for someone to make something ground shaking.
I have some amazing ideas I want to implement to a Prison server.

AS MY PARTNER, you will need the following (BARE MINIMUM) :
- A decent budget to spend on the project.
- A good skill in management, and/or development.

The server will be very custom, as I have some insane ideas I want to do.
Overall, this won't cost us THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, like most servers.

Like I stated, I don't want a huge server, I want something around the 95-100 PB.
