I cant believe I made a plugin with a config file 
anyways the plugin is called "Help" and basicly what it does it makes a player perform a command like for example /helpme would make the user run /helpop Help! and you can change what the user would type so you can make it in the config to be /helpop Please help me staff! for example and in the config do NOT put a "/" before the helpop since it will double the "/" since im using player.performCommand I am really proud I made this plugin and I have made it avaiable for download
