This plugin will allow you to directly alert all your players of any important changes. A message will be displayed every X amount of seconds on their chat and they will have to perform /ok to stop it.
I made this mainly because I saw it on a big HCF server and thought I would be good practice for plugin development. Remember It is my first plugin ever released, so If you find a bug please let me know.
It was only tested in 1.7.10, but I'd assume It works on later versions aswell.

/ok - Allows players to stop the alerts; Acknowledge the message.
/acknowledge help ↔ Shows help page - no permission.
/acknowledge start ↔ To start the alerts - acknowledge.start
/acknowledge stop ↔ To stop the alerts - acknowledge.stop
/acknowledge reload ↔ To reload configuration file - acknowledge.reload
/acknowledge check ↔ To check if alerts are currently ongoing - acknowledge.check
/acknowledge reset ↔ To remove players from "/ok list" - Once you do this command all players will have to do /ok again - acknowledge.reset
/acknowledge restart ↔ To reload config, reset players and start the alerts - acknowledge.restart
