High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Looks really nice and modern.
I am no designer, but the thing that I think is important would be to work on consistency:
The items on the left have logos that look very different from each other in style and color, this makes it look a little cluttered.
The home and settings icons seem to have slightly different thickness.
The bottom box on the right side is a little off to the right from the top one. (As marked by the black line in the image above)

Mitch mentioned not to use photoshop, but if it works it works.
I have heard Adobe has a program called Illustrator. That might work better for UI work.

The newer versions of Photoshop is actually fine for UI work nowadays because it includes "artboards" like Illustrator. To be honest though, Photoshop isn't even necessary. OP could be saving a lot of money by using the Affinity suite which is only $50 one-time per desktop application and like $20 per app for the iPad variant. I highly recommend them for those on a budget.

Photoshop doesn't give you the time-saving options to make needed asset looks. Nor is photoshop accurate on getting perfect adjustments for ui.

Doesn't sound like you used it recently. It has smart guides and artboards, that's all you need. Alas, as you said, better tools exist for UI work such as Sketch (industry standard on Mac) and Adobe XD.
You probebly aren't wrong, I haven't touched photoshop in a year. I personally think proper UI programs like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD give you a better crisp look.
