My Frames randomly just started to drop to 20fps PLZ HELP

Hey so i use to play at 60+ fps no problem and during recording 50-60fps but now i don't even know how this happened it just started to drop so i would just be playing in general and it would drop to 16-20 for 5-10 min and go back to 60 and its a continuous thing. I my ram is good its not using more that 500mb. I reinstalled windows, i installed latest drivers idek plz help i can't even record anymore its annoying.


if any1 knows how to fix this plz help. I hope you can do this for free if anyone knows how to fix :/ im using a fps boost mod and optifine @_@ but still does the drop.

If you're recording, I've had problems like this. I used fraps and it dropped the fps on recording start. However, when I restarted the recording, it was fixed. I'm not sure how to fix your problem but maybe it's your recording settings?

one prob reason is i changed my ram i want to dedicate to minecraft to 7 gb when i have 4 XD then it started happening (not exactly when i did it)

But i never changed any settings it just randomly started happening

Try to delete minecraft folder and install mc again happened to me sometimes
