My friend keeps getting the BlockScript message?

Help my friend keeps getting BlockScript message when he goes on MCM.

He is not using any Proxy or VPN, he tried all the computers/laptops in his house.

Who is it? There is a small possibility he/she is IP-banned.

Was he recently punished/banned? Are you 100% sure he isn't on a VPN or proxy? Tell him to restart his router/modem if he has a dynamic IP address.

This happened to me earlier, I can't access MCM on my phone because of this.

Make sure you turn off all "data saver" / proxy features (I know Chrome has this).
