My friends made a rap song.

So basically I sit with them in 5th period in school, they're always talking about how 'hyped' they are for this new song they made together. Here it is, might as well help them.


Just remember that they aren't "professionals" so obviously I expect criticism but be nice, just trying to help them out haha.

I suppose it isn't bad, then again I barely listen to this type of music. It has a good beat tho :tup:

Yeah I understand, and I agree..haha.
I don't listen to TOO much rap, but since they're my friends I'm willing to help them.

Tell them to record with the same volume and microphone. Also tell them to be loud and clear, and then in the sound editor make the sound of the voices match. Because the 2nd rappers volume was higher, and it made it sound odd.
It is better to turn down for your voice, than turn up. Then there is the usual of a better mic and stuff, but that will come.
Other than that it is pretty good.

Also tell them that they should record multiple times, even if they get a good one.
