My HCF Server

Basicly i'm here today on mc-market to get some developers to code/config some plugins for my server, basicly i'm looking for some people who can help me make a hcf server since I have 0 knowledge of how to start a hcf up, I know all about plugins though.(I just can't config/code plugins) I need builders to also make a spawn... all I know is that if anyone does reply they will be asking for loads and loads of money, like come on its a video game....

If your willing to help me get my hcf going, reply in this thread.
