My keyboard keeps getting disconnected help

So i recently bought this cyerpowerpc keyboard and it keeps getting disconeccted, i plugged it into my other computer it was working fine not sure why it wasn't working on this, i searched it up they told me to goto device manager and do somethings but its still getting disconnected and reconnected please help me out thank you.

Doubt it, i bought the PC almost a few days ago and Keyboard aswell, i haven't really downloaded anything skeptical.

Then malfunction on the USB wires[DOUBLEPOST=1550706390][/DOUBLEPOST]Check if they are correctly plugged it or updated ur keyboard drivers

It's pluged in and i'm pretty sure the keyboard driver is upto date but how do i check?

Ye but my usb and other usb ports work fine i changed my keyboards usb to the others it does the same thing
