My Laptop's Screwed Up, Please Help!

Hello everyone. I'm going to make this short and simple.

I got a very bad virues and ever since I did, my Laptop's been acting very, very glitchy.
Here's what happens:
When I type, my mouse stays still when I type (obviously), but the thing that hovers ontop when you move your mouse to browse, etc. always moves when I type, why?

Moreover, when I play a game, such as Minecraft, the screen flashes a white screen and my keys freeze with my mouse hovering when I don't even move it.

I'm stressing out heavily. We got a professional (a friend of ours) and took down the virues's, but I'm not sure why it's being so glitchy. Do I need to buy a new laptop?

Please help, it'd be very, very appreciated! Thank you!

I tried several mouse's and tripod that's built in the laptop but still same thing. Everything's so glitchy and yes, the virues is gone. I don't know what to do.

Try to clear your whole laptop of files, then reinstall.

Well, All you can do is reinstall your computer. If that doesn't work, take it to a mechanic, if that doesnt work then buy a new one! :3

Obviously save them to an external hard drive or a server, and reinstall them when you're done resetting.
