Yes if mojang find a name offensive they ban the name and change it back to the previous name.

If you actually look up the IGN RapistZ it's not even what his problem is.
The deal with minecraft names, in the game minecraft, is that if your name is inappropriate or rude, they will change it without warning. Such as the account name MojangSucksDick or the account Squidwarb, you'll see they had their name changed in the past, one to NoWeDont and the other to ShinyRainbowzz.
On xenForo, administrators can change the usernames of users when they are inappropriate. If that is your problem, you probably shouldn't have made it "RapistZ." Sorry, that's too bad. Lol.
