The background is nicely made, but it makes everything confusing and kinda hurts my eyes. I would say to go for a simpler background so people can focus more on the menus.

Your website seems fine overall. Things I suggest changing:

1. Change the background. (The real issue I think is the huge Angelic Craft text in the background that makes everything hard to see)
2. Make the design darker.
3. Add some sort of hover effect once you hover over links at the main page.

4. I like how you implemented the news. So you can bring them up and bring back the menu back..
