Maybe the notes and disputes were the cause of your limitation. Maybe you should accept G&S. Only deal from reputable people from MCM. Or take the risk of dealing with them. Or switch to BTC. Or use something like CashApp.

have both btc & cashapp. But majority of people use paypal. Just need to make sure if I make a new paypal under my dad's info, and accept mainly g&s (some f&f), it won't get limited?

99% chance down the line I say you will be limited again. I would not accept F&F a single time to protect yourself against these phone calls you will have to make to paypal down the line.

and I know. I wish there was an alternative that people could use and not be limited for stupid ass reasons. We work hard for our money, we pay our fees to paypal. Why the hell should they punish us? I know most people on mcmarket probably break paypal tos in making accounts while under 18. But even when you do turn 18, it is the same fucking thing! I thought PayPal would be on my side when I turn 18. I was even told that by an agent. But no, they want more and more from me. It is a stupid ass game with them I find completely retarded. Well my bad, if your Dad has a verified business and has all of his information for his business on his paypal. I think you should be fine. My manager Tahsin has this and is rarely limited. Well he hasn't been limited in a fucking while. But he is also from the UK.

My dad currently doesn't have a paypal, at least i don't think he does anyways

yea, don't do that. also then they can chargeback by bank and you literally don't even get to dispute it it just gets taken from you.
