My paypal got limited what do I do now?

Happened to me too. You’ll be needed to get a new account and verify it with a bank account and credit card. Then in 3-6 months you’ll be needed to retrieve the money by adding a bank account. Basically: Paypal fucked you over like it did to me.

That's unfortunate, you have to be 18 to open an account. You can open an account in your parents name if they'd let you.
That hasn't stopped me and many others.
If they catch you they will, which is most likely your case. I myself had PayPal when I was 15 but I was very careful.
Normally if you are caught being underage, you will be allowed to make a new account once you turn 18. You will be able to call them and make it so that you can re-link the same card/bank.
The message you got however looks odd to me. Is it because you’re underage or because you violated their selling policies and they perma banned you? If you don’t know, perhaps a call would help.
For the time being, I would 100% say use an account under a parents name. Don’t bother going fake, you’re going to get caught again and it’ll be a big mess all over.

Yes. And in this case, with his SSN they also could tell that he was underage.
You're miss understanding, I didn't even get limited for my age, paypal doesn't know I'm 15.

I was under the impression that you did something else, PayPal reviewed your account and found out you were underage on top of doing the other thing.
Too many transactions because I was paying someone like £100 then the money kept going on hold so he refunded it and I re-sent it like 3 times. Yes I am stupid.
But I gave them all the details they asked for (which were all valid) and they just said "you're too much of a risk" and kept me limited.
