Is the screen on or completely off? So like it's all blue and nothing is working or your monitor is shut down.

it sounds like there's an issue with the windows installation, something corrupted caused the computer not to boot - really the only way I would suggest fixing this is to reinstall windows using a media device like a USB thumb drive or something along that nature.

Otherwise, if you're not technically incompetent, you can try:

- Booting into safe mode, if it hangs, let me know where in the process it hangs - usually though this is a independent issue with the windows installation itself (corruption or not)
- Booting into recovery (OEM laptops typically have a separate partition used for this, it can be useful at times to debug)
- Try to do a system restore point, usually these are done before updates which can cause these sort of issues
- You can use dism to try to fix any corrupted OS files that is preventing it from booting otherwise without safe mode

If you are more technically advanced, and don't want to reinstall:

You can get Linux (Debian is best for any recovery environment, windows or not) and try to get the core dump from the crash and look over it to see what exactly is causing the issue and work from there, get another windows computer and get BlueScreenViewer
One of my harddisk where I store most of files was damaged so I have to replace it now.
I did managed to turn on the computer on my other harddrive, but the other one got damaged no idea how.
