My Profile Picture Will Not Change

Okay so my profile picture is stuck as nothing, well glitched as you can see when you look at it. I've had many profile pictures before and they worked fine. I went to change it and it broke. I've tried like 6 profile pictures and all didn't work. I even tried resizing one to 250x250 pixels and then tested it. Please help me I'm desperate!

Secondly, try using a VPN and seeing if that helps.

Thirdly, use a different browser.

Fourthly, can you do it on any other computers/devices?
